The Small Poem Literary Seminar and Studio with Molly Peacock
The pungency of the brief remark is the subject of this seminar and studio, which is designed both for poets and for readers of poetry. We will read and write the small poem, deciphering its mysteries and making its power our own as we consider works by Sappho, Basho, Hardy, Dickinson, Crapsey, Williams, Creeley, Szymborska, Gospodinov, Ammons, Pound, Menashe, Neidecker, Swir, Angelova, and many others.
Students who must miss a class receive email responses to their poems.
